Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Introduction and acceptance
These Website Terms of Service govern access to and use of the PAWDUX LABS website. Please read them before using the website. To the extent permitted by law, using the website indicates acceptance of these Terms. Separate written contracts govern commissioned scientific AI services and paid expert engagements.
2. About PAWDUX LABS
PAWDUX LABS is a specialist scientific AI data and evaluation business. Its service areas include Expert Training Data, AI Model Evaluation, Scientific Benchmark Development and Scientific Evidence Verification.
PAWDUX LABS is operated by PAWLAND PET SERVICES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16171288. The business initially focuses on veterinary medicine, animal health, animal behaviour, animal biology and animal nutrition. Other life science disciplines may be considered as the business develops; planned capabilities are not represented as established operational programmes.
3. Website purpose
The website provides information about PAWDUX LABS, its capabilities and scientific areas of focus. It also enables prospective business clients to submit project enquiries, scientific professionals to register interest in potential expert-network opportunities, and visitors to contact the company. A form submission does not by itself create a commercial agreement.
4. Eligibility and permitted use
The website is intended primarily for business users, research organisations and adult scientific professionals. You must provide accurate information when submitting a form. You must not use the website unlawfully, impersonate another person, attempt to compromise its security, gain unauthorised access, or misuse its forms.
5. Scientific AI services
Website information about services, methods and potential deliverables is general business information and is not a binding offer. Whether we accept a project depends on its scope, available expertise, technical feasibility, commercial terms and any required contract. We may decline an enquiry.
6. Project enquiries
Prospective clients may use the Discuss a Project form to describe their requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee a proposal or project acceptance, constitute a purchase order, or oblige either party to provide or purchase services. It does not create confidentiality obligations beyond those imposed by law or an agreed written contract.
Please do not submit confidential datasets, proprietary model weights, sensitive research information, personal health information or other restricted material through the public enquiry form. Separate confidentiality and information-sharing arrangements may be agreed before sensitive information is exchanged.
7. Expert network registrations
Qualified scientific professionals may register interest in potential project-based opportunities. Registration does not guarantee paid assignments, employment, a contractor agreement, acceptance into the network or a particular payment rate. We may review qualifications, experience, professional registrations and suitability before offering an assignment. Any engagement will have separate agreed terms, including scope, remuneration, confidentiality, intellectual property and responsibilities.
8. Scientific and professional information
Website content describes scientific AI services; it is not a substitute for professional veterinary, medical, legal or other regulated advice. PAWDUX LABS does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment through the website and does not independently certify AI systems as safe or compliant with regulatory requirements.
9. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that every description will always be complete or current. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
10. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, original website text, branding, graphics and design elements are owned by or licensed to PAWLAND PET SERVICES LTD. You may view them for lawful personal or internal business information purposes. Unauthorised commercial reproduction, redistribution or misleading use of PAWDUX LABS branding is not permitted, subject to rights and exceptions under applicable law. Third-party photographs and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective rights.
11. Information submitted through forms
You must have the right to provide information you submit and must not send unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious content. Submitting a form does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property to PAWDUX LABS. We may use submitted information only as reasonably necessary to process the relevant enquiry or registration, subject to our Privacy Notice. Ownership and permitted use of commissioned datasets, evaluation results and other project deliverables will be set out in a separate written commercial agreement.
12. Confidentiality
The public website and its forms are not secure channels for exchanging confidential technical datasets or proprietary research materials. An enquiry does not automatically create a non-disclosure agreement. Where needed, the parties may enter into a separate confidentiality agreement before exchanging sensitive project information.
13. Third-party services and links
The website may use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, form processing and related functionality, and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the independent content or practices of external websites, subject to applicable law.
14. Privacy and personal information
Personal information submitted through the website is processed as described in the PAWDUX LABS Privacy Notice, which explains collection, use, retention and individual rights.
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted by law, PAWDUX LABS is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general informational website descriptions. These Terms do not impose a fixed financial liability cap. Separate commercial agreements may set different liability arrangements for commissioned services.
16. No guarantee of outcomes
Scientific AI evaluation and training data services are intended to support model development, assessment and improvement. No website description guarantees particular model performance improvements, elimination of hallucinations or scientific errors, regulatory approval or certification, complete AI-system safety, or a particular commercial outcome. The scope, methods and deliverables of paid engagements will be set out in separate agreements.
17. Changes to the website and these Terms
We may update the website and these Terms from time to time. The latest update date is shown below. Material changes apply prospectively in accordance with applicable law. These Terms do not automatically amend an existing signed commercial contract.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For business users, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply.
19. Contact information
